I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and decently sized, with mine featuring two double beds and a balcony overlooking the quiet side street. The staff was accommodating and always helpful during my stay. The location was great, right on 5th Avenue, though it could get noisy at night. The complimentary breakfast was basic but sufficient. Overall, a good value for the money.
